Co-ed Cross Country

Cross Country is open to all 6th,7th and 8th graders who are in good academic standing and have a valid physical on file.    

In the course of a typical workout, runners will run a total of 2-4 miles.  At meets, runners compete on different courses that vary in terrain, shape, and distance (though every course is approximately 2 miles).

Our season lasts from late February through late April.  Workouts are on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; meets are on Tuesday.
